Why do people play sports? It's because playing sports help them to relieve stress. Stress is present in everyone's life. It needs to be managed properly else it can lead to falling ill and many other negative things. Also, sports is FUN!! It makes a good bonding session for everyone. It works out your body, making it more defined and toned, it is also a form of exercise. Exercising is good, it keeps your body fit and healthy. And I'm pretty sure that's what everyone wants.

In Singapore, a few of the more common sports which people play are soccer, basketball, cycling, swimming, frisbee and many more! Personally, some sports which I play are Basketball, Archery & swimming.

Where is tennis?!? I used to play Tennis back in freshmen (1st year) in high school but...life got too busy lol. Except for that I enjoy it, the only reason I played because it was the only sport that is normal for my physical status. I'd get wrecked in American football lol!
ReplyDeleteTennis isn't so common here :) But in schools quite a nice number of people play it too :D Me too. american football, basically rugby, is only for big buff people. I'll get crushed to death lel :D
