TIPS!
Of course I would not say all these if I myself is not fit and healthy right? I personally have a good physique with a general 6-pack abs and I have not fell sick for the past few years at all! (Firstly, I do not take supplements! So, dump the idea of getting those as we do not know what manufacturers put inside those containers. Scrapping aside the fake ADS by celebrities and model because some of them do not even take those supplements themselves if you doubt me, do some research!!) Better be safe than be sorry. Eat real foods instead.
Here I have 2 main key tips and (3 other tips that will be covered on the next post) for all of you out there trying to lose weight or stay healthy:
1) Drink only mainly plain water (6-8glasses / day). Sugared-drinks (including fruit juice) maybe just once or twice a week.

Reasoning:
1) Think of it, our body consist of 70% liquid, fluid. Hence, it is natural that we drink water to keep ourselves hydrate as it regulates our body temperature. It is 0 caloric yet it has many properties, (flushing out toxins inside your bodies, forms saliva to aid in digestion, breaking down of food, transports carbohydrates and proteins throughout our body.) So why not!!? Also, let me clear the misconceptions of drinking fruit juice to stay healthy* It is a hell NO… Because when we drink fruit juice it equates to drinking sugared-water except the fact there is still vitamins in it. Think of it, when we eat fruits there is this skin and flesh which are rich in fibre but when we turn it into juices the fibre is gone which defeats the purpose of consuming fruit in the first place then. Fibre helps us to empty our bowels and regulate the release of blood sugar. That is why people are getting fatter or even get diabetes by drinking fruit juices. Imagine this, eating one serving of fruit is healthy right? But when you drink one glass of fruit juice it equates to 3-4 servings of fruit. (Shocked :O for those of you who didn’t knew this fact)
2) Do not starve yourselves (a.k.a) go on diet. Eat your daily three meals including breakfast.

Reasoning:
2) If you starve yourself by skipping meals stop doing it! It's not going to help. Maybe for the first few months or weeks you might lose weight but afterwards, you will gain even more weight. Why? Because when you do not eat, your body have fewer calories and when this happens your body will have to "eat" your muscles and fats in order to make up for your daily energy needs. This causes weight lost. Think of it would you rather eat a lean meat or a fatty meat? Well I guess you know the clear answer towards this rhetorical question. It is exactly the same for our bodies! When this happens, you will be stuck, not able to lose more weight or in fact gain back the weight previously that you have lost and add-on even more weight. When we lose muscles, our body will burn less calorie a day which means more calories will be stored as fat if not used by us. Also, by skipping meals, not eating either meals for the day: (breakfast, lunch, dinner). This is what happens. Our metabolism will go all the way down if we skip meals on a regular basis and we do not want this to happen. As it will cause digesting and processing of food to slower down and this again can cause weight lost to be stagnant and even cause weight gain. So eat well! Cheers! :D
