Introduction:
First of all, how healthy are you? Are you eating healthy? Are you sleeping enough? Do you exercise enough or even exercise? Are you mentally fit? Lastly, after being fit, eating and sleeping enough, keeping healthy habits as to exercising. What exactly is your purpose for doing so? I am a teenager studying in Ngee Ann polytechnic, Singapore. I will share and discuss the category under health in this blog.
