Make-up tutorial: Eyeliner

Hello! Today I will be doing a tutorial on how to draw your eyeliner!
This is A VERY BASIC TUTORIAL just to teach you how to start on eyeliner :)
Different characters have different eye shapes so you have to draw your eyeliner differently depending on the character you are doing ~
There are 3 different types of eyeliners
-Liquid eyeliner (easy to control, dark line)
-Gel eyeliner (Lasts longer but harder to control)
-Pencil eyeliner ( not as dark as the two above, but is cheaper and harder to create well defined lines)

I will be using this in my tutorial!
Liquid eyeliner in black ( Real lasting eyeliner 24h by k-palette)

Step 1: Start drawing eyeliner from the middle of your eyelid

Then slowly extend it to the end of your eye and draw it longer than your eye to make your eye appear to be larger :>

Next, draw a little line/triangle in the inner corner of your eye and that makes your eye look longer/larger :>
This is just the basic method to draw your eyeliner, and this method can be used for daily makeup~

After this, if you're cosplaying female characters, use a pair of fake lashes to make your eyes look bigger and prettier :>

And maybe, after much more practice, you can look like this!

No I'm just kidding. that was done using photoshop :X

This is the actual photo

 Close-up shot :>
I have single eyelids and the double eyelids in this image was done using liquid eyeliner!

Another photo of me cosplaying Bloodmoon akali from League of Legends :)

Make-up Tutorial : Flawless Base

Hello >w<
Today I will be posting a short tutorial on how to do your base make-up.
I am in no way a trained professional and this is just my method of doing my make-up
Feel free to comments if you have any tips or things you think I should change :)

*THIS POST CONTAINS PHOTOS OF MY BARE FACE WITH PIMPLES SO :<*
*For this tutorial I will only be working on the right side of my face as it has more pimples and I can show you the effect of make-up more effectively :>*

So Anime characters always have flawless skin, which is pretty rare in real life.

I will be teaching you how to achieve flawless skin in 3 SIMPLE STEPS!
These are the make-up I will be using for this tutorial ~
(From the left)
1.Make-up base (Maybelline baby skin pore eraser)
2. Power foundation (L'Oreal mat magique all-in-one foundation)
3. Liquid Concealer(Maybelline mineral concealer)
4. Stick concealer (Canmake color stick)

There are 3 types of Foundations
1: Liquid foundation (For dry skin)
2: Power foundation (For Oily- Combination skin)
3: Stick foundation (All types)
For this tutorial, I will be using Powder foundation as my skin type is combination.
So...

This is my bare face with Grey cosmetic lenses
I actually have a lot of pimples and red spots.
It doesn't look as bad only because my phone cant seem to capture redness well :<

So here is a clearer photo to show you the right side of my face, which has more pimples and is pretty red in real life :<

Step 1: Apply make-up base evenly over whole face
This is the texture of the make-up base I'm using, it is clear and pretty thin and it just smoothens and reduces the appearance of pores :)

Step 2: Apply concealer at 3 main areas
1: Under-eye area
2: Areas that are red such as the corners of your nose and chin
3: Pimples and blemishes
YES IT LOOKS pretty funny now BUT !!!
Once you blend it in with a concealer brush or your fingers, it will look okay :)

OPTIONAL STEP: Stick concealer
Use a stick concealer (which is thicker) to conceal red spots that cannot be concealed by the liquid concealer as it is too thin :)
Don't worry about your face containing different colours at this point in time as it would blend in with the foundation~

Step 3: Power foundation
I personally prefer powder foundation as it makes your face matte and it tends to last longer
Apply powder foundation evenly on your whole face UNTIL YOUR NECK.
This is so that your face would not look too fair as compared to your neck in photos :)

So... HERE IS THE RESULT ~

The right side of my face obviously looks much better than the other side now :>
My pimples and red spots can't be seen anymore.

So this is how I do my base make-up~
THANK YOU FOR READING AND I HOPE IT HELPED YOU :>
Feel free to comment below if you think there are any areas for improvement or if it has helped you :)

Simple and fun; Sports lifestyle in Singapore

Hi :D In this post, I'll be summing up everything which I've discussed about in the previous few posts. So what have we learnt about my ideal sports lifestyle in Singapore?

What have we learnt? :D

I think of having a good lifestyle, a sporty one to be something which is fun and simple. Main goal is to have fun, especially with friends. Friends are very important in life. And I've talked about how sports helps to maintain relationship with friends and even family members of course. How it makes new friends.

I've talked about how basketball would be very ideal for that purpose said above. Archery as a whole too.

Addressing the comments of my previous posts, people commented that I should input more sources to back up what I say. This is more of an opinion type of blog like I mentioned in the introduction :) However, of course if there is anything which concretely needs back up sources, I will back it up :)

To sum it all up...

Have you tried out the sports yet?

You need to try it in order to understand fully of the posts I've made. For those who had already played these sports, do you think there's other more better sports which helps bond friends and family as well too?

Overall, what do you think of an ideal sporty lifestyle? Be it Singapore, or any elsewhere. If you're not from Singapore, how is your sports lifestyle in your country like?

Please do leave a comment and share your opinions below! :D

Thank you :D

Pho

Today, I am going to introduce to you guys a noodle dish that travel all the way from Vietnam to Singapore just to appease your taste buds.

The name of this dish is called 'Pho'.

This dish comprises of a bowl of hot and delicious broth, added with fresh rice noodle and some meat ( usually beef or chicken ) and top it off with some fresh herbs. It may sound and looks very common but this is definitely different any ordinary noodle dishes.

What makes it so special is that it is simple yet full of unique flavors. The well seasoned broth gives the dish a very enriching base and holds the dish together. By adding rice noodles and meat, more flavors will just be fused into the broth, making the broth even tastier. The fresh herbs will make the dish more lively with the colour contrast as well as adding more flavor into the soup and that is what makes this dish so special.

Depending on which restaurant you are at, the restaurant that I came upon provided me with the choice of adding fish sauce and cut red chili. With the additional ingredients, the whole dish just became a pool of flavors and makes me drool just by looking at it.

Are you guys now having a similar face as the one above, if so, i recommend you guys to go pay the restaurant a visit and go and taste the amazing flavors of Pho.

The restaurant name is called Long Phung and it's location is at 159 Joo Chiat Road.

So what are you still waiting for? Head on down to Long Phung and try Pho today.
